The restaurant Pappagallo, was born in 1919 and is located in the center of Bologna alongside two towers Asinelli and Garisenda, in a famous historical building of 1300. During he’s long history, the restaurant has hosted Kings, Princes, Artists, and Actors that, to be faithful to a historical tradition, have made autographs and photographs with dedications, that are now hanging on the walls of the elegant room. Ezio Salsini, owner of the restaurant since 1988, with he’s great experience in traditional bologna’s restoration colure, has kept up the name and quality of the restaurant.
